Lyn Prowse-Bishop
Award-winning virtual assistant Lyn Prowse-Bishop is Australia’s first certified Master Virtual Assistant (MVA) and one of Queensland’s most well known and respected VAs. She has been in private practice since February 2000 as owner of Executive Stress Office Support, specialising in medico-legal digital transcription, document production, author support and executive PA services, working with clients across Australia, in the UK, Singapore, the USA and Canada.
Lyn is founder of the Australian Virtual Business Network, and in 2010 became host of Australia’s first-ever internet radio show/podcast for the VA industry: The Virtual Business Show. Jo Saunders
Jo Saunders is the owner and creative strategist of Wildfire Social Marketing, a Western Australia based marketing and events consultancy specialising in social media and online marketing strategy, implementation and support, relationship building, event management and design solutions. She offers training and coaching in the use of LinkedIn and Facebook, to small business and organisations Perth, Western Australia and beyond, and helps clients get found in the social media space.
With 20 years’ experience in office management, graphic design marketing and event management, working in person and virtually, Jo brings passion and innovation to the table. Jo started her own business at the age of 19, while working full time with no business experience, just the desire to help others connect. Correspondamania Penpal Club ran for 7 years until the online world took over. She added Correspondamania Stationery and Correspondamania Dzigns to the empire. She didn’t make much money but had fun and learnt lots. J House Designs and later J House Events and Administration were established to help support busy business owners and organisations with their events and marketing. In 2011 she rebranded to focus on her niche market and Wildfire Social Marketing was born.
Jo organised Global Virtual Assistant Week in Perth in 2011 and runs a local networking group called WA Virtual Business. Jo was nominated for the Thomas Leonard Award and is a Certified Australian Virtual Business.
Kirsty Wilson
Kirsty Wilson is the owner and Principal Consultant of Interim Business Solutions founded in 2005. Kirsty’s qualifications include; a Diploma in Business Administration, Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Education and Social Media Marketing Specialist via the VA Classroom. Monika Newman is the Principal of Absolutely Virtual and has 20+ years secretarial/PA/administrative experience with a variety of companies, both small and large, government and private enterprise, including working as a temp. During the last 10 years of onsite work Monika was employed as a high level departmental secretary/PA with two major multinational oil companies.

Sue Gross
Sue Gross founded Butterflies Secretarial Solutions in 2006 and possesses over 20 years experience in high level secretarial, office management and administrative services. Sue is a VA Certified Virtual Assistant and 2011 Thomas Leonard Virtual Assistant of Distinction Award nominee.
Prior to commencing her own business, Sue worked in both government and private sectors as well as volunteering for not-for-profit associations.
